Decision to grant regional new energy subsidy 1999.12.15

The new energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) decided to provide a subsidy for promoting regional new energy introduction in fiscal 1999. The total of 47 projects accounted for nearly half of the solar power generation by 20.
