Environmental Protection Activities of the Japan Ornithological Conservation League - August 15, 1994
The Japan Federation for the Protection of Birds is an organization dedicated to preventing damage to wild birds caused by abandoned fishing lines. In addition to alerting anglers and local communities, the organization raises funds for conservation activities through the sale of merchandise. In addition, workshops are held in each region to raise awareness of proper fishing line disposal and bird protection. These activities contribute to raising environmental awareness in the community and are expected to further expand conservation activities.
