In its instrument division alone, it handled over 500,000 products annually.

2020s: Contribution to Regional Economy and Innovation - 2023, Niigata City
In the 2020s, Hard Off opened "PC Store" and "Tool Store" in Niigata City, catering to the needs of DIY users and professionals. The company processes over 30,000 used PCs annually and has introduced special data erasure software to enhance service reliability. In 2023, Hard Off also participated in the establishment of the Niigata Venture Association (NVA) to promote startup support and regional economic revitalization. To further reduce environmental impact, the company has developed a system to reuse over 1 million products annually.
