70% of traders agree green shipping 1999.12.15

The Tokyo prefecture which considers the introduction of "green delivery" which does not use a diesel car to carry goods to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government is conducted a questionnaire to about 8300 Company (response approximately 4200 companies). The respondents said they had used a diesel car and accounted for 42% of the suppliers who delivered the car, but about 70% of the total was in favor of green shipping, and about 60% responded. More than 80% of them cited "replacement for gasoline vehicles" as a method of correspondence.
